We understand that waiting for your sheepskin order can be exciting—but also nerve-wracking, especially with how unpredictable shipping can be these days. That’s why we offer Navidium shipping insurance as an optional add-on at checkout. It’s a small way to give yourself extra peace of mind in case something happens to your package while it’s on its way to you.

Navidium helps cover packages that get lost, stolen during transit, or arrive damaged while they’re still en route. If something happens during the shipping process—say your package gets misplaced by the carrier or damaged in the truck—we’ll be able to help you with a replacement or a refund quickly and smoothly.
It’s important to know that Navidium doesn’t cover issues that occur after the package has been delivered to the final address. So if your package is stolen from your porch after delivery, or if damage occurs after it’s already been dropped off safely, that unfortunately falls outside of Navidium’s protection.
Not at all—it’s completely optional. But we do recommend it for larger or high-value orders, especially if you’ve experienced delivery issues in your area in the past. It just adds that extra layer of security.
If you choose not to purchase Navidium, we’ll still do our best to assist you, but we may not be able to offer replacements or refunds for packages that were lost or damaged while in transit, depending on the circumstances and the carrier’s response. Navidium just allows us to step in more quickly and confidently on your behalf.
If you decide to return your item and you purchased Navidium insurance during checkout, please note that the cost of the Navidium insurance itself is non-refundable. Since it is a third-party insurance fee that is used to protect your package while it is being shipped, that coverage is considered fulfilled once the item has been delivered safely to your address.
