TERMS & CONDITIONS of RETURNS
Overview of terms:
You may return your item within 7 days of receiving the package (we will start this period upon receipt of delivery).
We offer exchanges and full refunds as long as your order meets the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the process starts within the 7 day window. This means, when you receive the item you have 7 days to pack it back up and ship it out.
Sheepskins must be checked upon receipt of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
A fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund if you decide on a full refund instead of an exchange.
We waive the return fee on all exchanges. This is limited to only one exchange per an order. If you decide the exchange doesn’t work and want a full refund, we will deduct the $8.95 from your refund.
For Moroccan Rugs
We do NOT accept returns for our Moroccan rugs. Please note that every rug has slight 5-10% variations of color and /or design. Due to the process of using sun and water to achieve the final result, some colors can be more dull or brighter. The designs can have slight adjustments based on the size.
Please note that this is what makes these rugs truly extraordinary, as they are pieces of art, hand woven and no rug is ever the same.
International Returns
International returns are subject to a processing fee of $25, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and processing expenses associated with international returns.
Please take this into consideration when initiating a return for international orders. We strive to provide the best service possible, and this fee helps us maintain the efficiency and sustainability of our international return process.
Please note SALE items can not be returned.
*We do NOT reimburse for packages that are returned to us because of neglect to pick it up at your post office after the post notifies you. If your package is returned because of neglect to pick it up, we can not refund your order.
