At East Perry, we provide various return options, including Instant exchange, Product Exchange, Store Credit, and a refund.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact us: Reach out via email at email@example.com, message us through our contact form, or use our chat feature. Alternatively, visit our return portal by clicking the button above "Start a Return" or clicking this link https://www.eastperry.com/a/return.
Request review: After submitting your request, we will review it before approval. Your request must align with our return policy. Once approved, we'll send you a return label for your package. Pack and return your item in its original unused condition, including a note with your Name and Order Number.
Notify us: Email us once you've handed off the item to our partner carrier.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if initiated within a 7-day window from receiving the item.
Items must be checked upon receipt of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
We will fulfill approved requests once we have received the returned items.
Shipping costs for new items are covered for instant exchange and product exchange.
A full amount will be issued for store credit requests.
For full refunds instead of exchanges, a $8.95 fee will be deducted.
The return fee on exchanges is waived for one exchange per order. If you decide the exchange doesn't work and want a full refund, the $8.95 will be deducted.We cannot refund postage costs, and the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
For Moroccan Rugs: We do not accept returns for Moroccan rugs due to their unique nature. Each rug has slight variations in color and design (5-10%). These variations result from the artisanal process involving sun and water, creating distinctive pieces of art. Handwoven, no two rugs are identical.
International Returns: International customers must initiate returns, and there is no reimbursement for shipping costs incurred during the return process. Please consider this when initiating an international return. We are committed to providing the best service possible.
SALE items cannot be returned.
We do not reimburse for packages returned due to neglect to pick them up at the local post office after receiving notification. If your package is returned due to neglect, we cannot refund your order.
