All orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 days of payment clearing (except weekends and public holidays - these will be dispatched within 3-5 days of the beginning of the week. *It's only me who preps orders, and sometimes we get very busy. If for some reason you need to order to ship out ASAP, please make a note and I'll do my absolute best.
All postage includes tracking which is sent to you in an email as soon as the package is sent.
Occasionally packages take their time to arrive to their destination, and often this delay is due to the customs procedure at the arriving country. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this, except wait. It always ends up arriving, but this delay can take an extra 2-3 weeks (at most). We do have a refund policy if a package doesn't show up 9 weeks after shipping.
*Please do not leave a bad review if your package is late. This is completely out of our control and it is just as frustrating to us as it is to you, trust us!

How to Return a Sheepskin
I currently only offer exchanges and / or store credit. The reason for this is because a full return is a massive hit to my small business. I also feel strongly that each of our pelts are incredibly unique, genuinely organic / without metals (unlike many other pelt sellers claim to be) and top quality because of the freedom and life style our sheep experience. To back that up, to date we've only had 2 returns out of 300+ sold! As we expand and have a stronger foundation, this policy will most likely be refined.
If you would like to make a return for exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Email EAST PERRY via the contact form. It must be within 14 days of purchase. Include your name, order number, and reason for exchange.
2. Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition and enclose a note with your Name and Order Number inside the package.
3. Send your return to:

4. Once shipped, send us and email noting your tracking number (if possible, this is very helpful)

Sheepskins must be checked upon receipt of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
We are unable to refund you for any postage costs. Also, direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
- We will pay for shipping of new items via your store credit (YAY!)
Exchange and Credit will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from receipt of delivery.
All returns must be received by East Perry within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a credit / exchange.
Please note SALE items can not be returned.
We do NOT reimburse for packages that are returned to us because of neglect to pick it up at your the post office after the post notifies you. If your package is returned because of neglect to pick it up, we can not refund your order.
